TrackScopeTrackScope does not collect any data about you.
Your audio stays where you put it. When you import a track, TrackScope saves a reference to the file you chose, not a copy of it. The audio is read from its original location when it is analysed or played, and it is never uploaded.
The analysis happens on your device. TrackScope uses Apple’s Music Understanding, which runs on your iPhone. TrackScope does not automatically send your audio or its analysis to its servers — it has no servers for that.
Lyrics you add, their line timings and your notes are saved locally with the track, in TrackScope’s storage on your device. Audio and lyrics are processed on the device.
Timing suggestions for lyrics may require an initial download of an Apple language model. That download does not upload your audio or your lyrics to TrackScope servers. Not every feature is guaranteed to work offline the first time you use it.
You can choose to share analysis results through JSON export. The export contains the analysis results only; it excludes lyrics, their timings and notes.
The results of your analyses, the track details that come with them, and your lyrics and notes are saved in TrackScope’s own storage on your device. They are not synchronised to iCloud or to any server. Deleting the app deletes them.
There is no account. TrackScope does not ask you to register, does not identify you, and contains no analytics, tracking or advertising.
If you buy TrackScope Pro, the purchase is handled by Apple through the App Store. TrackScope never sees your payment details; it only asks the App Store whether the purchase is active.
TrackScope writes technical messages to the device’s system log to help diagnose problems. They are fixed texts about what the app did and never include file names, track titles or audio.

This site installs no analytics, trackers, forms or non-essential cookies. Like any website, the hosting infrastructure that serves these pages may process technical request data (such as IP address) to deliver them.
